Shipping policy

  • The majority of the products are made to order and may require customization other than the ones which are in stock. We manufacture from our own kaarigars or source directly from local artisans who do not deal in big quantities. Sometimes it may take longer due to unavoidable circumstances. You can always track the packages by using the tracking ids or links that we provide to your registered email address. 
  • Within India : Our products usually reach our customers within 7-10 working days depending upon the availability as mentioned during the time of purchase/ordering. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.Once the product is shipped we notify our client on email by sharing the tracking/AWB bill of the consignment
  • Outside India : The majority of the products are made to order and may require a time frame of 8-14 working days other than the ones which are in stock. 
  • Once the product is shipped we notify our client on email by sharing the tracking/AWB bill of the consignment. 
  • NOTE:
    • For all international orders we do door delivery. The Custom duties are charged by local governments in your country. You have to pay the custom duties according to the rules of your country. The Local Delivery agents will contact you if your parcel qualifies for custom duty. 
    • For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. Orders are shipped within 8-14 days OR as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
    • SAHASRAKSHI STUDIO LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8-14 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.
